What brought you to Etsy? Tell us about your shop.
A friend introduced me to Etsy and I was really curious and excited about how it would work. My shop focuses on casual affordable jewelry, majority of which is sterling silver based. I guess I would coin it as jewelry representing the California lifestyle. My emphasis is on blues and greens and simple yet elegant designs which are always inspired by surroundings.

How is your shop eco-friendly?
It was important to me to incorporate some eco-friendly practices within my shop. Currently I often use recycled glass beads, my jewelry boxes are all made from recycled materials, and my mailers I use are also made from recycled materials.

Do you sell anywhere else?
I recently sold some of my work wholesale to a tea shop in San Diego, Infusions of Tea, where it is currently for sale.

What’s the favorite item you’ve made so far?
Favorite item so far is my Summer Breeze Necklace.

What has been the most useful lesson you’ve learned (about Etsy) so far?
Most useful lesson about Etsy is to participate in the forums and get to know your fellow Etsy sellers.

How do you see your store developing?
I would like to see my store further develop in terms of consistency of design, photography and overall theme. I would like my blog to be a complementary place for customers to further experience my lifestyle theme.

What have you been doing today that I’ve interrupted?
Just hanging out in the Etsy forums!
