Like my family photo?
Kidding. This is not my family, silly. They were my neighbors I met…when I visited Florida a few years ago. They kept following me to take pictures so I had to. But forget the picture. Do you like the frame? It’s my almost iPad. You know the one that I got for Mother’s Day last year but disappeared into my hubby’s bedside table? Yup. That one. And do you see the nice pink leather case I got for myself because I thought the iPad was mine?
Well, I have to give it away. Because apparently, iPad is not mine and it is now wearing a macho black smoking jacket and this beautiful NEW pink leather case has been in the drawer ever since it arrived last May.
I just took it out to take the photos. See how nicely it stands like an easel?
And since Color of the Year 2011 is Honeysuckle/Pink, and because I love ya, I’d give it to ya.
And because I hate seeing it around to remind me how I came this close owning an iPad. This close. May be you had better luck than I and got one for Christmas (and got to keep it) and you’d love to give this poor lonely jacket a nice home.
Just a few things I want to tell you about the iPad. At first, I didn’t like it. That’s probably why my “Accidental Recycler” recycled it over to his side of the bed. But I see why he likes me it so much. We read ALL our magazines on it now. We don’t get too many magazines anyway but now we have a few uploaded onto the iPad. The images and text are so clear and crisp. The resolution of the actual magazine pages are amazing. And the photos that we uploaded to use as a photo frame, like the one on top, is also very cool because the images are very sharp. We dont’ need all the photo frames cluttering our shelves anymore. We have the iPad photo slides show going on on my bay window. iPad definitely eliminated some papers in my house.
