I opened this carton of eggs from the farmers market over the weekend and was greeted with such a delightful surprise that I had to share it with you.
Benetton Eggs!
There were freckled brown, solid brown, tan, peach, cream, white, and my favorite, GREEN!!! Have you ever seen these colored eggs? I loved the fact that they were all stained with nature, not perfectly cleaned from factory but imperfectly wonderful and different, like us! (This photo was the most ‘liked’ photo on my facebook wall so far.)
Autism Walk 2011
We walk the 2-mile walk in support of Autism research for our local chapter in honor of Justin every year. Hundreds of people of all ages and color come to walk every year to support this disease and it’s a great day of celebration.
Green Crafting Colors
I finally had a chance to finish some projects that have been on my U.F.O. (Un-Finished-Object) pile. I’ll list the finished items soon but I’m so glad to be using up these colorful outdoor fabric that I got for free from my local re-upholstery store.
What did you do over the weekend?
