That means,  I am one of the Open Source Bloggers.

When I first heard about this, I thought it was ludicrous. I mean, I spend many hours researching and writing my articles and why would I want someone else to use it?

The answer is simple. I’m an educator at heart. I loved teaching my patients on how to live healthier lives. I want to do the same here about our planet and our health. The more people read my articles, the better for the environment and for us. That’s it. If you let people know about the dangers of plastic, toxic chemicals that are in the waterways, how to eat better, and how to improve our air as a result of using my articles, then, I’ve done my share of good work. Do you think one of my articles is awesome enough to use on your blog, a newsletter, your website, a magazine, a book? I’m happy that you think so and by golly, go right ahead!…. as long as you are using them for non-commercial purpose and you link back here or credit the site as the original author in the article. And I would be most grateful if you let me know so I can check out your blog!

And I’d appreciate you sharing it across any social media too!

Good lord Karen,
I just can’t get over what a giving soul you are. We should all be more like you in so many ways.
