I love to cook. I think I love to cook more than I love to eat sometimes.

Cooking is like composing a musical score or painting a canvas. I love the way individual ingredients make harmony together. I love the way colors of different ingredients work together to make a beautiful painting. I love the way spices compliment each other to bring out the best in each other.

And what’s even better than cooking? Sharing foods and recipes with friends. So I’ve created my collection of recipes for you to try. Click on the categories and see if anything grabs your appetite. And let me know if anything is not clear. I tend to be ‘a pinch of this and dash of that’ kinda cook. If you try a recipe, let me know how it turned out. Note: I am a carnivore-turned – Pescatarian but my kids are both, depending on what I cook. But whether I’m cooking a vegetarian feast or a hearty meat dish, I make sure to cook with whole ingredients. I don’t use processed, altered, boxed, artificial, GMO or otherwise components in my food. I try to use organic ingredients as much as possible but when I can’t, I buy local seasonal foods. Cooking from scratch takes effort but the end result is incomparable to anything that comes in a box. I also love flexible foods that I can substitute ingredients to make it vegetarian or vegan so you can tailor them to meet your style of eating.
